Our projects start at PHP 5M. Because we focus on quality workmanship and materials, we give an exact quote after seeing your lot and design. For reference, our pre-designed models start at: Venus PHP 5.8M, Mercury PHP 7.7M, Uranus PHP 8.3M, Neptune PHP 9.3M, Mars PHP 9.4M and Jupiter PHP 10.8M.
How long does construction take?
About 6 months at the fastest. A typical PHP 10M home takes around 10 months.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We do the permit legwork for free. Permit fees vary per city and are paid by the owner.
Can you build my own design?
Yes, and we actually prefer custom designs. Our model homes simply show what to expect at each price point.
I'm an OFW. Can I build while abroad?
Definitely. We offer video-call consultations, live jobsite CCTV so you can watch the work in real time, and regular photo and video updates on WhatsApp.
